Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, submit a contact or quote request, or opt in to our SMS messaging program. By using our site or services, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

Products & Pricing

All prices are in USD and subject to change. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order.

Warranty

Midwest Container Pools provides a 5-year structural warranty on the pool and a 3-year warranty on equipment and parts, subject to normal use and proper maintenance.

Delivery

Delivery is to the front access point of the specified address. The customer is responsible for final positioning and site preparation.

SMS Messaging Program

Midwest Container Pools may offer an optional SMS messaging program for promotional and transactional communications related to our products and services. By opting in via our website contact form (or other designated opt-in method), you consent to receive text messages from Midwest Container Pools at the mobile number you provide.

  • Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive may vary based on your inquiries, purchases, and promotional campaigns.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge standard message and data rates for SMS communications.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Midwest Container Pools is not responsible for message delivery failures caused by carrier networks, device settings, or factors outside our reasonable control.
